The Legendre Group pursues its global expansion and operates now in Lisboa, Portugal.
After moving to London in 2016, Jersey in 2018, the Legendre group settles in Portugal and takes another step further in its global development. This country has an ageing real estate landscape but tourism is increasing sharply, there’s a real need in terms of dedicated amenities and opportunities for refurbishment and construction. In Porto, our new subsidiary is already nominated for a property development programme of 110 housings.
The group has several sites abroad including a property development programme in Saint-Helier harbour on Jersey island and 2 construction worksites in the heart of central London. Finally, Legendre Energy will develop very soon a solar power plant of 650 kWc on behalf of an NGO in West Africa.
