In 2016 we signed our first design and build contract in the United Kingdom for BNP Real estate. The project was to refurbish Parker Tower offices to turn them into 15 luxury apartments in the heart of London. When works started in 2017, our teams had to elevate the building by adding 3 metal structure levels, now Parker Tower has 15 floors. OMS, a Legendre group subsidiary specialised in metal structure, was in charge of secondary framework using glass reinforced concrete and floor reinforcement. After 24 months of construction, the project has come to an end in the 1st trimester 2019.
