Together with the project manager, they work jointly with the company's design office and the works managers to define the methods used on-site. They need to determine the cost of an operation as precisely as possible and allow works teams to work on the site with the correct budgets.

The Study Engineer is responsible for performing preliminary research for projects. They are responsible for the scaling of projects, plans for building consent, research for execution but also monitoring to ensure standards are complied with, and producing excel tools for sales agents. The Structural Engineer performs technical research during preliminary drafts and feasibility studies (research, calculations, materials & structure). They define the processes and methods required to carry out works. They collaborate with the project leader, composing a team of designers and ensuring that all necessary documentation is supplied in line with quality and time requirements established. Working together with works teams, they define the method for execution and the schedule.

WORKS ASSISTANT

The Administrative Assistant provides the administrative monitoring and management of technical files and/or the administrative organisation of a structure or service. To achieve this, they establish and maintain relations with the different partners involved, both external to the company (suppliers, clients, etc.) and internal (site manager, payroll administrator, accounts, etc.).  More specifically, they prepare notices for commencement of works, monitor logistics prior to works starting on a site, prepare health and safety plans, manage disputes, perform monthly update of works and manage skills.

THE OPERATIONS OFFICER

A central player on the site, the operations officer is in charge of execution, responsible for operational coordination of one or more sites. They take part in preparing the contract file, directing works, coordinating all stakeholders in a project or between projects, and ensure the respect of deadlines, quality and costs. They control every stage of a site from execution plans through to the receipt of works and monitoring legal warranties.
