The site supervisor is responsible for on-site operations. They coordinate the different parts of operations ensuring deadlines and quality & safety requirements are all met. They represent the company in communications with the project owner and project manager.
Their aim is to complete the operation in line with project specifications and ensure client satisfaction, while respecting safety and doing this all at the best possible price.
